Whovention is Australia's very own dedicated Doctor Who convention.

As well as the guests listed above, Dan Hall, the commissioning editor of the classic series DVD range, will be joining Austen Atkinson of Australian animation company Planet 55 Studios for two exclusive panels.

To coincide with the Australian DVD release of the William Hartnell adventure The Reign of Terror, Hall and Atkinson will present a behind-the-scenes look at the restoration and animation of the two missing episodes, with exclusive footage.

In addition, following the recovery of the Galaxy Four episode Airlock and The Underwater Menace episode 2 in 2011, the duo will also be presenting a Missing Episodes panel.

Hall has also told organisers that he will be bringing a "world exclusive" to the convention.

Louise Jameson will be doing her one-woman show From Women's Eyes at the convention on the Friday night, and people without convention tickets who want to see it will be admitted at a cost of $25.

Day rates for either the Saturday or Sunday are available at  $100 for DWCA and other sci-fi club members and $125 for non-members. Anyone paying the day rate can also see Jameson's show for no extra cost.
